The lobby's ceilings, lighting, walls and directories have beenfully renovated, as have the restrooms and common areas. There isnew exterior lighting and monument signage, upgraded buildingsystems, and a new roof. Cable has been installed, and outside thebuildings there are new courtyard pavers and landscaping.
The buildings already have a new tenant. Market research serviceprovider Attitude Measurable Corp. relocated its corporateheadquarters to 12,103 sf of the building with a seven-yearlease.
