Efforts to contact the new owners were not immediatelysuccessful, while calls to the brokers at CB Richard Ellis werealso not returned. Nonetheless, the transaction has been confirmed,and provides the buyers entry into what many see as the city's nextfrontier.

Farnsworth Stillings is owned by real estate operators JamesCarlin III and John Hueber, who are better known locally as theowners of Crosspoint Associates. The firm has a prime officebuilding in Waltham as well.
