Waldrop tells GlobeSt.com that, to grow the business, he plansto hire more people. "The office currently has 11 people, we hopeto double that," he says.

Waldrop was formerly with Cresa Partners, where he was seniorvice president representing local and international corporateclients in a variety of transactions, including build-to-suits,lease and fee acquisitions and sale and leasebacks. Prior to CresaPartners, he spent three years with Cushman & Wakefield. "Wehope to increase the business by increasing revenue with ourexisting clients but also by bringing new clients in," he says.

In addition, the company has hired Andre Jones as vicepresident, with responsibility for brokerage services in Midtown,Downtown and Buckhead and business development. With more than 13years of finance and commercial real estate experience, Jonespreviously worked as a construction finance manager for HomeBancMortgage Corp.'s Southeast Region.
