SANDY SPRINGS, GA-Irvine, CA-based the Bascom Group has acquiredthe 308-unit Mission at Sandy Springs apartment community at 5555Roswell Rd. NE. The seller of the property was MissionResidential.
The acquisition price was not released, but earlier this year,the company acquired the 532-unit Dunwoody Clubapartment complex at 7700 Colquitt Rd. in Sandy Springs for $48million, or $90,226 per unit, as GlobeSt.com previouslyreported.
