The new long-term office lease of the brand imaging firm, asubsidiary of Schwak, boosts the company's space to 12,904 sf. Theowner of the 375,000-sf property, North Jersey Development GroupInc. of Mountain Lakes, was represented by Mitchell Katz of CBRichard Ellis. Terms were not released.

Van Houten has also brokered the sale of two flex buildings,including 16 Park Way in Upper Saddle River. Allendale MachineryInc. bought the 12,000-sf, two-story asset for $1.8 million, or$150 per sf, from Just-Mart, which was represented by JeffreyPrezant of Cushman & Wakefield. Allendale Machinery, whichdistributes Haas machinery, will use the site as itsheadquarters.

And Van Houten represented both the buyer and seller in thetrade of 50 Second Ave. in Nanuet, NY. The 11,200-sf building onfour acres moved from the hands of one private group to another for$840,000, or $75 per sf.
