DEERFIELD BEACH, FL-Two leases totaling 77,273 sf have beensigned for industrial and showroom space within the QuadrantBusiness Center.
Point blank body armor manufacturer DHB Industries leased 61,722sf at 600 SW 12th Ave., which will be used as warehouse andshowroom space. Architecture firm Architectural Elements signed a15,551-sf lease at 550 SW 12th Ave. for industrial/office showroomspace. DHB Industries designs, manufactures and distributesbullet-resistant and protective body armor for military, lawenforcement and corrections personnel in the US and worldwide. Inaddition to Deerfield Beach, the company has locations in PompanoBeach, Oakland Park, Jacksboro, TN and Washington, DC.
