The new owner of 214 East Grove St., a local private investor,plans to upgrade the property and convert the single-user facilityinto a multi-tenant office building. The facility is located inthis city's Downtown area, near several restaurants, parks andshops. Newark Liberty International airport is nearby, and the sitehas access to the New Jersey Turnpike, US Route 22 and the GardenState Parkway.
