The first property, located at 31 Main St., was purchased by Dr.Nick Laoutaris and Dr. Donna Magliano for $740,000. The new ownersplan to establish the Center for Dental-Facial Aesthetics LLC inthe existing building. Joe Vindigni, vice president of Schilp &Co., brokered the deal.
The second property, at 221 Main St., is a single-familyresidential building on an acre of land. Relli Properties LLC, thenew owners, plan to renovate the existing building to convert itinto offices and construct a new 6,000-sf, two-story officebuilding in the back of the property. The final sale price was$925,000 in a deal brokered by Sig Schorr, executive vice presidentof Schilp & Co.
