Tarco Properties owns three other storage facilities in theMiami area, which operate under the name "Value Store It." ValueStore It 1 was constructed in 2003, Value Store It 2 wasconstructed in 2004 and Value Store It 3 is currently underconstruction. The company also owns office and industrialproperties.
