The 600,000-sf Headquarters Plaza is presently owned by FisherDevelopment. Current tenants include Morgan Stanley Dean Witter,John Hancock Financial Services and the law firm of Riker, Danzig,Scherer, Hyland & Peretti. Cushman & Wakefield will haveapproximately 25 brokers and support staff at the site.
