NEW YORK CITY-Developer Tribeca Assoc. LLC has chosen BrennanBeer Gorman Architects to design its latest mixed-use office andboutique hotel at 330 Hudson St. A source close to the dealconfirms to GlobeSt.com that the price for the new building is $220million, and the deal will close "any moment now."

The 12-story boutique hotel will rise above the office buildingand will be one of the few Silver LEED Certified hotels in the US.Located in the downtown Hudson Square area of Manhattan, blocksaway from SoHo, Tribeca and the West Village, 330 Hudson St. willfeature the redevelopment of the existing historic eight-storymasonry warehouse building into 292,000 sf of office space, 15,000of retail space, and a 171-room luxury boutique hotel tower.
