The signing was arranged by Tom Butera of the Fort Lee office ofMetro Commercial Real Estate, whose firm represents Cosi in NewJersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Terms of the lease were notdisclosed. At Florham Park Plaza, the eatery chain will join atenant roster populated by Dress Barn, McDonalds and Citibank.
The Deerfield, IL-based Cosi now has 110 company-owned and ninefranchised restaurants in 16 states and DC. Its newest store atFlorham Park Plaza is slated to open later this fall.
