Lingering questions about taxes, insurance and other issues loomon the horizon. And although the commercial market has weatheredthe storm, the housing market has softened in recent years. Theseare among issues that will be discussed in the inaugural RealShareCentral Florida seminar to be held Sept. 26 at the Gaylord PalmsResort & Convention Center. The event is expected to draw 200participants.

The event will feature a launch party for Real EstateFlorida magazine, the newest addition to the Real Estate Mediafamily, which includes GlobeSt.com, Real Estate Forum andother print and online publications devoted to commercial realestate. The inaugural issue of the magazine was published in Junewith another issue due out in November. "The seminar and themagazine are both part of Real Estate Media's efforts to focus onFlorida," says Real Estate Media conference producer JasonYoung.
