It is not clear how long it will take to resolve the liquidityissue, and how conservative lending will be once resolved. Giventhe turbulent state of capital markets, RealShare's sixth annualRealShare New York conference will aim to provide some answers asto where the market is now, where it is going in 2008, how it willaffect New York City and how to best profit from new opportunitiesand market conditions. The conference, slated to take place Sept.26 at the Marriott Marquis, expects to draw more than 500 oftop-level real estate executives in the local market. The RealShareConference Series is produced by Real Estate Media, which alsopublishes GlobeSt.com and Real Estate Forum.
