DENVER-FedEx Home Delivery, the residential delivery service ofFedEx Ground, has leased 140,000 sf at Denver Commerce Center forthe next 10 years, according to the owner of the industrial park,IBC Holdings. The space it leased is a portion of the former SyscoFoods facility.
Denver Commerce Center is located at the confluence ofinterstates 70 and 25 in central Denver. The FedEx lease is for a320,000-sf building at 1105 W. 48th St.
