The Plaza at Lakeview will include one two-story medical officebuilding of approximately 33,000 sf that will be designedexclusively for medical users, including urgent care and outpatientsurgery providers as well as general practitioners, dentists,ophthalmologists, orthopedists, pediatricians and physicaltherapists. The second building, also two stories, will totalapproximately 34,514 sf and will be intended for general officetenants such as law firms, financial institutions and otherprofessional offices.

Omni West Group is marketing the condominium units for saleand/or lease. The floor plates measure approximately 16,000 sf oneach floor and are divisible down to approximately 700 sf toaccommodate a wide range of users, according to Kip Dubbs,president of Omni West.

Dubbs says that Omni West chose the Lake Elsinore locationbecause, "the availability of both office and medical space withthis type of flexibility are in short supply in the Lake Elsinorecommunity." Dubbs pointed out that, as both the Murrieta and Coronamarkets have expanded, the Plaza at Lakeview will accommodate thestrong need for urgent care facilities in Lake Elsinore.
