Selecta's team has spent two years in half of the Rreef-ownedbuilding at 1901 Hutton Court. "We had looked at some otheroptions, but at the end of the day, we felt it would be the bestplace to remain," Ken Wesson, managing principal of Lee &Associates DFW in Dallas, tells GlobeSt.com.
The building is situated in Valwood Industrial Park, wherequoted rates for comparable space go from $3.50 per sf to $3.75 persf. The San Francisco-based Rreef North America was represented bylocal brokers Anthony James and Molly McLeay.
Selecta Corp. is a wholesaler of men's and women's uniforms forDickies Workwear. Its parent is Williamson-Dickie Manufacturing Co.of Fort Worth, a private company with a number of leaseddistribution centers throughout the metroplex.
