The two new tenants are Marathon Data Systems, a TintonFalls-based automation software firm, which took 12,075 sf; andCorporate Star, a Manalapan-based consulting firm, which took 6,209sf. Terms were not released; space in the building is listed as"negotiable."

"We're happy to report the building's continued leasingmomentum," says Sheldon Gross, president and CEO of the WestOrange-based company, who teamed with SVP Jonathan Glick tonegotiate the leases. "The building provides tenants with theopportunity to customize their space, which is rare in thismarketplace."

The building is part of the larger Wall Commercial Office Park,which is currently under development. As report by GlobeSt.com,Gross received clearance in 2005 to build between 300,000 sf and500,000 sf on the 47-acre site fronting on Route 34.
