The Lee & Associates team includes Tom Pierik, David Mudgeand Richard Erickson. Pierik describes the project as "the firstopportunity in years for companies and firms to relocate or expandtheir offices into a new class A building in Riverside's downtowncore."

Moshe Silagi, president of Silagi Development & Management,points out that the Regency Tower development will a drought ofmore than 17 years for larger office developments in DowntownRiverside. The last major office project that was completed in thearea was Riverside Metro Center in 1990, he adds.

In addition to office space, Regency Tower will include a groundfloor coffee shop, a three-level subterranean parking structure anda second smaller building, possibly a restaurant, connected via alandscaped courtyard. The tower's location will be near the MainStreet pedestrian mall.
