SciPark is being developed by a joint venture of theParsippany-based Woodmont Properties and the Lloyd Harbor, NY-basedSimon Developments, the latter headed by Michael J. Simon, whoinitiated the project in 2002. The leasing exclusive has beenawarded to GVA Williams New Jersey of Parsippany, with JohnCunningham, managing director of GVA Worldwide Life Sciencesheading the effort to fill the buildings.

"This science and technology campus has been designed toaccommodate the infrastructure, flexibility and amenities of theexpanding life science and high-tech industries in New Jersey,"says Eric Witmondt, CEO of Woodmont Properties. "This will be aterrific addition to the Princeton area."
