The firm has leased space in the building since it wasconstructed in 1992, and will now be leasing 31,068 sf. Thepenthouse space is expected to be used for meeting rooms. The960,000-sf building is currently 87% occupied, Baron says. Majortenants include United Airlines, Wachovia and Microsoft. The askinglease rate for the building is between $23 per sf and $27 per sfnet, he says.

David Stein, managing director of Steinco Inc. represented thelaw firm in the lease transaction. Baron represented Prime GroupRealty Trust. The term of the lease was not disclosed.
