The deal was brokered for the owner by Jeffrey A. Prezant, JamesL. Frank and Adam D. Padla of Cushman & Wakefield's EastRutherford office, while the tenant was represented by GreggNajarian of Studley. Terms were not released.

Tenant Projects in Knowledge is a 27-year-old company thatprovides medical education activities for clinicians.
