FONTANA, CA-Denver-based DCT Industrial Trust Inc. has signedfurniture importer Crown Mark to DCT's entire 221,840-sf MeyerCanyon building, a bulk distribution facility that DCT Industrialrecently acquired and redeveloped. Crown Mark, based in Houston,has signed for 64 months at the building.
The lease marks the beginning of the furniture importer'sexpansion into Southern California, according to Joseph Ngo,president of Crown Mark. Ngo says that Meyer Canyon's location willprovide Crown Mark with direct access to major highways, airportsand ports.
