“They did consider alternatives, but in the end, it just madethe most sense to stay put,” says C&W senior director RichardRuggiero, part of the team assisting Enterasys in its evaluation.Not only were the financial terms and tenant fit out allowancessufficiently attractive, Ruggiero says Enterasys was pleased withthe overall quality of 50 Minuteman Rd. and the Minuteman Parkcampus in which the property is situated.

A former dairy farm, the 94-acre complex sitsalongside Interstate 93, providing quick access to 954,000 sf insix first-class buildings. Landlord Brickstone Properties begandeveloping the site in the 1970s, and founder Martin Spagat retainsan ownership stake in addition to providing management services.Martin and Jeff Spagat represented the landlord in the leasenegotiations with Enterasys.
