BROOMFIELD,CO-Six months after announcing the project, Vail Resorts Inc. isrevealing more detailed plans for the $1-billion Ever Vail project,believed to be the largest LEED-certified, multi-use resortdevelopment project in the nation. The locally based public companyplans to convert its 9.5-acre West Lionshead brownfield site into aski resort.

The property currently houses Vail Mountain's vehiclemaintenance shop yard and warehouse, a gas station, and a retailand office complex. The new resort is slated to include 150 to 250whole ownership condominium units, 75 to 125 fractional ownershipcondos, a 100,000-sf hotel, a 100,000-sf mountain operationsfacility, and 100,000 sf to 150,000 sf of retail, office, andrestaurant space.
