The open-air shopping center, located on a 10-acre parcel, isanchored by Walgreens and recently added tenants including LittleEinstein's Preschool & Learning Center, Gamers' and MillionDollar Nails. About 59,000 sf is available for lease in the center,which is scheduled to open in summer 2008.
"We expect continued growth within West Sunset Square's marketarea," says Woolbright president Duane Stiller. "That means thereis a need here for new retailers and consumer services to betterserve this thriving community."
Woolbright acquired the center due to the strong populationgrowth in Kendall and western Miami over the past five years. Theproperty is situated on a prime retail corner, enhanced by theextension of SW 157th Ave., which completes the north-souththoroughfare and broadens the trade area for the center.
