EWING, NJ-Tool and home improvement retailer Harbor FreightTools has leased 15,600 sf at Capitol Plaza, a 360,000-sf shoppingcenter here. The deal was negotiated for the ownership, a localgroup, by Dale Mulartrick of Levin Management, the property'sexclusive leasing and managing agent. The tenant was represented byJohn Comp of NAI Fennelly. Terms were not released.
Harbor Freight Tools joins American Furniture, Forman Mills,K&G Fashion Superstore, Fashion Bug and AJ Wright at theproperty. The latest signing leaves just a 25,056-sf anchor slotstill available.
The shopping component co-occupies the site at Route 206, OldenAve. and Spruce St. with the 70,000-sf, fully leased Spruce OfficeCenter. Located just across Spruce St. from the shopping center arean existing Home Depot and a soon-to-open Wal-Mart.
