ALPHARETTA, GA-Two anchor tenants have signed leases for a total of 246,000 sf for buildings within the Sanctuary Park. The office park is in the North Fulton submarket.

Electronic payment processing services provider RBSLynk signed a 135,000-sf lease and will anchor Oak View III, a four-story, 200,000-sf new office building. The company will move into the building in fall 2008. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Ridr Knowlton represented Sanctuary Park ownership. The park is owned by the Strategic Property Fund, an investment fund managed by JP Morgan. Jones Lang LaSalle handles leasing, management and development services for Sanctuary Park.

Bert Sanders, Patrick Duffy and Andrew Rosenberg, of Newmark Knight Frank, represented RBSLynk. “Sanctuary offered both the location benefits and long-term growth capacity that RBSLynk requires in support of growth initiatives,” says RBSLynk COO Spencer Allen.

Locally based insurance company Delta Dental signed a 111,000-sf lease to anchor Stonebridge III, a six-story, 160,000-sf building. Knowlton represented building ownership. Delta Dental was represented by Mitch Kahlert, of Icon Commercial. “It is an outstanding development ideal for our current 275 Alpharetta-based staff and for our long-term needs,” says Delta Dental director of corporate services Tonia Leonardos.

Officials from Jones Lang LaSalle tell GlobeSt.com that construction on Oak View III and Stonebridge III is set to begin in the fall with completion of both anticipated in 2008.

Sanctuary Park is a two-million-sf corporate office park on a 157-acre site north of Atlanta with immediate access to Georgia 400 and North Point Mall. The park currently has seven office buildings totaling more than 1.2 million sf.
