ALPHARETTA, GA-Two anchor tenants have signed leases for a totalof 246,000 sf for buildings within the Sanctuary Park. The officepark is in the North Fulton submarket.

Electronic payment processing services provider RBSLynk signed a135,000-sf lease and will anchor Oak View III, a four-story,200,000-sf new office building. The company will move into thebuilding in fall 2008. Jones Lang LaSalle's Ridr Knowltonrepresented Sanctuary Park ownership. The park is owned by theStrategic Property Fund, an investment fund managed by JP Morgan.Jones Lang LaSalle handles leasing, management and developmentservices for Sanctuary Park.

Bert Sanders, Patrick Duffy and Andrew Rosenberg, of NewmarkKnight Frank, represented RBSLynk. “Sanctuary offered both thelocation benefits and long-term growth capacity that RBSLynkrequires in support of growth initiatives,” says RBSLynk COOSpencer Allen.
