ATLANTA-To better serve its growing capital markets business,locally based Integra Realty Resources has added five new staffmembers and new information technology infrastructure. With the newhires, J. Carl Schultz Jr. becomes director of the firm, which hasa staff of 15 associates.
Joining the firm as managing director is Sherry Watkins, who waspreviously with PGP Valuation Inc. In addition to Watkins, othernew hires from PGP Valuation include senior analyst StevenMcKnight, analyst Alex Kambar, analyst Nate Watkins and analystMike Erazo. PGP did not comment on the moves.
“We are investing in new systems and talented people to take ouroffice to the next level,” says Schultz. “Our clients will realizebetter service, expanded offerings, and quicker turnaround time onassignments.”
