BLAINE, MN-United Properties and Moen Leuer Commercial Inc.,working as a joint venture, have signed the first tenant to the132-acre Blaine Preserve business park. The property, at theintersection of 95th Avenue Northeast and Interstate 35W, will haveup to 900,000 sf of mostly industrial properties, with somepossible office buildings, and seven acres of retail.
Arrowhead Electrical Products Inc. has leased 50,000 sf in a100,000-sf new building that's going up in the park. The facilitywill be joined by a twin building that will share dock space, saysJon Yanta, VP with United. He and VP Jon Rausch are representingthe joint venture in the leases.
