WILMINGTON, MA-A flexible commercial property in this suburbancommunity north of Boston has an agile new tenant in GymStreet USA.The athletic training facility has taken nearly 35,000 sf at 1Jewel Dr., a 200,000-sf building owned by VinCo Properties.

GymStreet touts itself as an operation focused on “fun, healthand fitness,” offering strength and stamina training classes forboth children and adults. Programs at the facility will bestructured to accommodate the hectic new millennium lifestylethrust upon many families, according to company officials. Thetenant was represented by the Stubblebine Co., with the assignmenthandled by David Stubblebine and Ellen Garthoff.

Boston-based VinCo has retained Richards Barry Joyce &Partners as exclusive leasing agent for 1 Jewel Dr., a 200,000-sfbuilding that the firm acquired in August 2006 for $4.8 million.The firm has since set about repositioning the property, whichoffers a mix of flex, manufacturing and office space. The two-storybuilding is situated between two key state roads, Routes 38 and129, and also is close by Routes 128 and Interstate 93. Thelocation has led to substantial flex, industrial and officedevelopment in recent years.
