SUMMIT, NJ-BremnerDuke has completed its new 77,515-sf MedicalArts Center II building and nearly half of the four-story asset ishome to several units of the attached Overlook Hospital. Themove-ins leave 35,379 sf still available, and BremnerDuke, anIndianapolis-based developer specializing in medical facilities,has tapped Colliers Houston & Co. to market that space.

“Few sectors have experienced the recent growth we've seen inthe medical fields,” says David Simon, COO for Colliers Houston.“Being attached to Overlook gives this building an edge and hasgenerated significant interest.”

For Colliers Houston, Stan Kurzweil and Charles Parmelli arehandling the assignment. The availability at MAC II, which isaddressed 11 Overlook Rd., is currently listed on BremnerDuke'swebsite with an asking price of $35 per sf for 10-year terms, plusa $65-per-sf tenant improvement allowance. The space can be dividedto 1,200 sf and includes a full-floor availability of 20,000sf.
