NEW YORK CITY-Acknowledging the unique skills and expertiserequired to operate regional malls and lifestyle centers, CentroProperties Group has created a separate team dedicated to managing,operating and leasing those centers in its portfolio, the companyannounced today. Led by Leonard Brumberg, EVP, the team willoversee the following centers: regional malls Eagle Rock Plaza, LosAngeles; Enfield Square, Enfield, CT; West Park Mall, CapeGirardeau, MO; Independence Mall, Wilmington, NC; Midway Mall,Elyria, OH; Richland Mall, Mansfield, OH; and lifestyle centers theShoppes at EastChase, Montgomery, AL; Pointe Orlando, Orlando, FLand Westgate, Fairview Park, OH.

“These projects really are a separate entity,” a spokeswomantells GSR. Joining Brumberg in managing the projects are: RobertSteiner, SVP, leasing; Dennis Connolly, VP,development/redevelopment; Al Dorn, VP, property management; SusanGodorov, VP, marketing; Anne Williams-Eilola, director, legalservices; and John Mobley, property controller. The team will bebased in New York City.

All were already on staff with Centro, and many already wereworking on some of the centers prior to the team's formation.Australia-based Centro now owns and manages 650 retail propertieslocated across 40 states.
