PISCATAWAY, NJ-Sudler Cos. has sold 1 Corporate Pl. S. here toMarLabs Inc. for an undisclosed price. MarLabs, an India-based ITcompany serving the pharmaceutical industry, will use the officebuilding as its US headquarters, relocating from an existing sitein nearby Edison.
Originally done as a build-to-suit for Continental Insurance,the five-acre property is within Sudler's Corporate Park 287, namedfor the adjacent Interstate 287. The deal was brokered in-house forSudler by Jeffrey Hale and Steven Spinweber. MarLabs wasrepresented by Edmund Solarsh of the Saddle Brook office of CBRichard Ellis.
