TAMPA, FL-Denver-based ProLogis has secured a build-to-suitagreement with Bunzl Distribution for a 117,000-sf distributioncenter under construction at Sabal Park. Bunzl will be the onlytenant in the building, which will be called Building 700.
Bunzl plans to use the facility, which is scheduled forcompletion in mid-2008, as a distribution center for its paper andplastic packing products serving markets throughout Florida. Thecompany was represented by Dolores Seymour and Edward Miller, ofColliers Arnold Commercial Real Estate Services, and Frazier Bell,of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker.
