VALENCIA, CA-Home decorative accessories firm Zodax has acquireda 71,000-sf distribution and manufacturing facility from ValenciaCommerce Center for $9 million, according to Delphi BusinessProperties Inc. David Hoffberg, senior vice president of VanNuys-based Delphi, reports that the firm is consolidatingactivities formerly conducted in San Fernando and Panorama Cityinto the new facility at 29003 N. Avenue Sherman in ValenciaCommerce Center.

Hoffberg and Jerry Scullin, chief operating officer of Delphi,represented Zodax. The seller was represented by Craig Peters andDoug Sonderegger of CB Richard Ellis.
