TRENTON-This city's Department of Housing and EconomicDevelopment has released an RFP inviting developers to submitproposals for redevelopment of a nearly half-acre vacant site nearDowntown. City officials say they're looking for either housing ormixed uses.
The land, located at the corner of Hamilton and South Clintonavenues, once housed Polizzi Meats and a few private houses. Thosebuildings have already been demolished, and a preliminaryenvironmental assessment has also given the site a clean bill ofhealth.
