Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc., based in Rosemont, IL,has been chosen to market the campus. William Fausone, KevinClifton and Joseph Dvorak will be leading the marketing efforts,according to a press release from Colliers Bennett &Kahnweiler. Representatives from the firm did not return calls forcomment.

The 504,000-sf building, which was constructed in 1982, is on 65acres with a lake and walking trails. The building can accommodate1,500 employees and has an 800-seat cafeteria, a 200-seatauditorium and 37 conference rooms. The property has frontage onInterstate 90 and is just west of the four-way interchange at Route59.

The facility is "a high-profile, high-quality, single-tenantcorporate headquarters facility (and) the versatility andadaptability of the building's design also allows multiple tenantoccupancy," Dvorak said in a released statement. Colliers Bennett& Kahnweiler has done several sale/leaseback transactions forAllstate and, in the past 18 months, has sold regional offices andclaim centers for Allstate totaling nearly one million sf inIllinois, California, Florida, Virginia, Pennsylvania, NorthCarolina, Wisconsin and Washington, according to the releasedstatement.
