Opus West describes the center, which is expected to becompleted in late summer 2008, as an answer to the growingpopulation and upscale demographics in this Inland Empirecommunity. Opus has sold 12.5 acres to anchor tenant Lowe's and 4.5acres to the Ayres Hotel Group for development of the hotel.

In addition, Toys R Us recently signed a lease for a 64,000-sfToys R Us/Babies R Us combination store, while Lucille's SmokehouseBBQ has signed a 10,000-sf lease.

Kyle Dorand, senior manager of real estate development for OpusWest, says that the tenant mix for the project "is coming togetherbetter than we ever anticipated." He cites the region's "increasingdemand for premier national and specialty retailers as well asupscale and casual dining."
