Set to rise Downtown, the twin-tower project will consist ofmulti-use towers on a single base--one rising 25 stories and theother 28 stories. The complex will include class A office spacewith executive suites, retail, banking, restaurants and a healthclub. A call to Byron Sutton, CEO and director of leasing for WorldTrade Center Orlando, seeking more information, includingdevelopment costs, was not returned by GlobeSt.com's deadline.

Both towers, which will be LEED and Energy Star certified, willrise simultaneously. In a statement, Sutton says leasing is alreadyunder way. "We anticipate that all elements of trade andtrade-related enterprises will be represented in the WTC Orlandocomplex," he says. "Rental rate on office space is currently in themid-20s for a net lease, with availability for a bank withdrive-thru lanes, and a variety of restaurant sites. Our marketingefforts are world wide. We are working with real estate brokersfrom many different countries."
