CRANBURY, NJ-The Contract and Commercial divisions of officesupplies retailer Staples will occupy 52,000 sf at 4 Aurora Dr.within ProLogis Park here following the signing of a sublease withmaster tenant Graybar Electric. The deal was arranged for Graybarby SVP Kenneth Lundberg and director of corporate accounts JonathanStravitz of NAI James Hanson, Hackensack, NJ and for Staples by VPMitchell Katz of CB Richard Ellis.
"The property is a premium facility, well-suited for thiscompany's warehousing and distribution needs," says Lundberg. Termswere not released.
