James Buslik and Alan Bonett of Adams & Co. represented boththe landlord, Forty Four Eighteen Associates, and tenants in thetransaction. Buslik tells GlobeSt.com that the total aggregatevalue of the transaction is $7.7 million. Asking rents were $40 persf.
The source tells GlobeSt.com that the aggregate rental for theseventh floor is $2.4 million and the 10th floor is $5.3 million.The 12-story, 179,186-sf property is located in the FlatironDistrict and boasts Pucci II Inc., Acheson Doyle, Architects, PaceEditions and National Reprographics Inc.
