SANTA ANA, CA-Bisno Development Co. affiliate Main StreetConcourse LLC has debuted the 242-unit lofts portion of its CityPlace residential and retail mixed-use development at Main Streetand Memory Lane. The project, which occupies an 18-acre site nearWestfield Group's MainPlace, consists of three types of housingcalled the Lofts, the Courtyards and the Park.
According to Bill Hammerstein, a partner with Main StreetConcourse, the residential portion of the project is designed tocreate live/work and townhome style units "with its own upscalecommercial center." The lofts at City Place include units of oneand two bedrooms and up to approximately 1,925 sf, with a retailspace or office on the first level, main living areas are on thesecond level and master suites on the third.
