"We are experiencing rapid growth of our US-based operations anddecided to open a second office to complement our headquarters inHouston," says Iain Gordon, the company's VP of global businessdevelopment. "We continue to hire staff throughout NorthAmerica."

The Princeton office of Colliers Houston & Co. arranged thesigning for both sides, with SVP Doug Twyman, VP Milt Charbonneauand associate Steve Scott all involved. Terms of the lease were notdisclosed; availabilities ranging from 1,000 sf to 22,000 sf in the19-year-old, three-story building at 101 Morgan Ln. are currentlylisted with an asking price of $18.50 per sf.

"Pharm-Olam was attracted to Princeton North Plaza because ofits location in the Princeton market and its proximity to asignificant amount of other pharmaceutical and life sciencescompanies," Twyman says. "The building ownership has developed avery competitive package for prospective tenants taking intoaccount both financial and non-monetary needs. Even challengingtime requirements can be accommodated."
