"I was hired to create national development services group thatwill provide real estate development services to corporate,institutional and government customers," he tells GlobeSt.com."Essentially, it would be a fee-based development service in whichwe would work with an entity starting with the definition of theidea, site selection, hiring a development team including anarchitect, engineer and construction company, as well as managementservices."

Reutershan is in the process of identifying where he needs toadd to the 30-plus product managers and consulting staff already inhouse in order to deliver this new service. "I anticipate that wewill be hiring between 10 to 15 people over the next two years," hesays. The business plan the company has outlined expects the newservice to bring in between $10 million to $12 million in fees ayear once it is fully ramped up.

Reutershan, who came on board about a month ago, is in theprocess of talking with several prospective clients, he says. Theservice itself, he adds, should be ready to go within 90 days.
