TAMPA, FL-Illinois-based home flooring and installation companyEmpire Today LLC has signed a 76,500-sf industrial lease for spacewithin Sabal Park.
The company, which is locating from a smaller, existingfacility, will use the space to serve its growing network of carpetinstallers throughout the Tampa area. Empire Today was representedin the transaction by Robin Stolberg, formerly of Equis and nowwith the Staubach Co.
