DENVER-Front Range Portable Storage, a provider of Smartboxbrand mobile storage units for residential and commercialcustomers, has signed a lease for 82,000 sf at ProLogis' StapletonBusiness Center, a 295-acre-industial park located at theintersection of Interstate 70 and Havana Street. The building willserve as a primary warehousing and distribution facility forSmartbox units, serving customers throughout Denver, Boulder andsurrounding areas.
According to Jack Stansbery, general manager of Front Range, thenew facility will provide access to several major highways inColorado, enabling convenient local and regional distribution. TheStapleton Business Center is situated at the northwest corner ofI-70 and Havana Street, with access to I-225, I-270, I-25 andE-470.
