WEST DEPTFORD, NJ-The Dolan Group has started construction for41 Phoenix Dr. within the company's Kings Point Business Park inthis township's Thorofare section, with delivery slated for Q12008. Being constructed by the Westampton-based company's DolanContractors Inc., the industrial facility will bring 184,000 sf ofnew space to the market.
And Dolan has given the exclusive for the property to the Kingof Prussia, PA-based Jackson Cross Co., with that firm's LouBattagliese and Harry McKenna heading the assignment. Located inmetro Philadelphia, the building is situated at Exit 19, a four-wayinterchange of I-295.
