WEST BOYLSTON, MA-A new-generation industrial building here thatlost its tenant a year ago has been repopulated following its saleto D&S Realty. The 53,000-sf 70 Hartwell St. is now leased totwo subsidiaries of the Coghlin Cos., a manufacturing andengineering services firm active in central Massachusetts.
"The new facility provided our company with a unique opportunityto consolidate high-end operations under one roof while upgradingto a state-of-the-art facility," says Coghlin CFO ChristopherPalermo in announcing the commitment. "We envision significantgrowth and look forward to a long-term relationship with D&SRealty." The subsidiaries leasing 70 Hartwell St. are Columbia Techand DCI Engineering, entities that had been based in nearbyWorcester.
