Dallas-based affiliates Weitzman Group and Cencor RealtyServices have taken control of leasing and management,respectively, at the 10910 N. Central Expwy. plaza. It's the fourthcenter from Westwood's nine-property portfolio in Dallas to beturned over to the sister companies. "We're definitely trying toget more," Elizabeth Nabholtz, an assistant vice president andWeitzman's point person for the Westwood account, tellsGlobeSt.com.

Nabholtz is partnering with associate Jordan McMakin andCencor's Teresa Saxon on the Royal Crossing assignment. Theprevious contract-holder, Dallas-based Venture Commercial RealEstate LLC, could not be reached by press time to comment on thereassignment.

Nabholtz says Royal Crossing has two spots open: 1,575 sf and3,087 sf. And, she adds, there are prospects now being chased forthe openings. The spaces are on the market for $26 per sf to $27per sf plus triple net, which is $6.75 per sf. Sleep Experts is thecenter's anchor.
